At The Canvas Road, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. As we work with, print-on-demand companies, each product is unique and produced only when ordered. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges for customers who have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their minds.
However, if you receive a damaged product or there's a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund within 30 days of product delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, product details, and a description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their orders within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
